Who We Are

Two founders and minds coming together across two countries to design one celebration.

Artist + Strategist. Story + Execution. Creative + Operational. Emotion + Logistics.

Between us, we’ve spent our careers building campaigns, brand experiences, and global productions for some of the world's most recognized names. Driven by a passion for creativity paired with an obsession for details and logistics, today we bring that same rigor to every event we take on.

We believe the story and the production should be designed together, never handed off from one team to another. That’s why every event is shaped by the same two people, from the very first conversation to the final guest leaving the dance floor.

While one imagines the story, the other ensures it happens.

Our Founders

Half Italian, half Turkish. Boston-educated, London-and-New-York-shaped. Thrives when turning ambitious ideas into reality.

Easy-going optimist. Serial foodie; spots the hotspot before it's a hotspot.

After more than a decade leading global advertising campaigns for brands including Apple, Turkish Airlines, Carnival Cruise Line and Papa Johns, brings a sharp creative eye, strategic thinking and seamless execution to turn ambitious ideas into memorable experiences.

Budgets. Timelines. Vendors. Logistics. The invisible details that make everything feel effortless.

Passions: the beach, her cocker spaniel, curious traveler, food, fitness, and wellness.

The Strategic Organizer

Half Turkish, half Canadian. Istanbul-and-Toronto-educated, Paris-trained, now splitting life between Luxembourg and Turkey. Always with a book in hand, forever practicing French, and never quite done exploring somewhere new. Mom of Niki.

An artist by training and practice, with an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art, Media and Design, her work has been exhibited in galleries in Istanbul & Toronto. Over the past decade, her creative world has expanded beyond the studio into collaborations with brands, visual storytelling, design and art direction, always with an artist’s eye at the center of it.

Design. Atmosphere. Art direction. The tiny details guests don’t always notice, but always feel.

Passions: books, French, wandering, drawing, art, anything creative, basically.

The Creative Director

Between the two of us, we've built a genuinely wide network: fashion designers, photographers, musicians, printers, art installers, caterers, and the people who know how to source the one thing everyone else said couldn't be sourced in time.

Our Story

Our own friendship started at a wedding, years before we ever thought we’d plan one together.

Over the years, we started calling each other "Babylou." Somewhere along the way that softened into just "Lou," the way nicknames do when they've been said enough times. Then we realized Lou already belonged to the languages and cultures that shaped us. In Greek, mou is added to denote sincere affection. In French, loulou is a term of endearment. In Italian, Lulù is the nickname you give someone you love.

Our path to launching the studio grew out of years managing high-stakes event production and integrated campaigns for global brands, paired with a pivotal turning point: after planning weddings & events across Europe and devoting endless hours to building every detail from scratch, we realized what was missing in the industry: a studio that seamlessly bridges bespoke creative vision with meticulous execution.

That realization, combined with our shared passion for storytelling, design, and production, turned a years-long friendship into a joint partnership.

How we work

Events started looking the same: the same florals, tablescapes, golden-hour light you’ve swiped past on fifteen accounts this week. Beautiful, but cold. They rarely say anything about the people at the centre of them.

We believe every event deserves a narrative: a beginning, a middle, an end, something a guest can follow, not just admire. Whether it’s a wedding, a baptism, or a brand celebration, every detail should reveal something about the host. Not mood boards. Stories you can step inside.

That story shapes how we work. Every event follows the same path: concept, design, sourcing, coordination, execution, but what changes is yours, and that’s where we begin.

We start with a conversation, not an interview: your story, your people, what matters to you, ideally over coffee (in person or Zoom). From there, we design and produce together, side by side, no handoff, because there isn’t one. The same two people who imagine it make sure it happens, through to the final song of the night.

We’re flexible: bring your own vendor, and we’ll verify they can execute to your standards, or leave the details to us. Services flex too: full planning, design-only, or day-of coordination, tailored to whatever your celebration needs.

Our Mediterranean Network of Makers

Through our trusted network across Turkey, Greece, and Italy, we source exceptional craftsmanship directly from the people who make it best: hand-embroidered textiles, ceramics, and towels from Turkey, handmade sandals, bomboniere, and regional local delicacies from Greece, fine linens, tableware, and artisanal flavors like pesto from Italy.

The kind of detail that usually gets cut from a budget, or watered down to something generic.

By working directly with our makers and suppliers, we're able to bring that same level of quality to every event while keeping costs significantly lower than traditional Western European or US sourcing. Whether shipped ahead or hand-carried by us, every piece arrives ready to become part of the day.
